Brain in Hand We’re the coaching platform that helps autistic and ADHD people achieve more in work, education and life. Manage overwhelm, reduce anxiety and gain motivation.

In a world increasingly recognising neurodivergent perspectives, Brain in Hand is your expert neurodiversity partner. We take coaching beyond scheduled sessions into everyday moments, delivering personalised support and real human guidance on-demand 24/7 – exactly when it’s needed most. For organisations, it means you can offer all the actionable support that neurodivergent people need. For individuals, we build confidence and independence through practical tools. We work with each person on strategies that play to their unique strengths, helping them manage anxiety, overwhelm, and stay organised – all on their own terms. We actively partner with neurodivergent users in developing and refining our platform – ensuring it addresses real needs with practical solutions. "I end up massively overthinking what goes into that message 🤯. It should just be a transactional thing to initiate a call 📞. But at the moment, it's just too much thinking."

When asking for help becomes harder than the problem itself.

Many neurodivergent people face this invisible barrier – knowing they need support but getting stuck on how to communicate that need 🧩. The mental energy spent crafting the "perfect" message can be overwhelming, especially when you're already anxious 💭.

This is where coaching gets practical ✨.

In this real session, watch how our coach doesn't just say "don't overthink it” (not helpful, we know!)…
Instead, they work with the individual to create concrete, personalised solutions:

✓ Breaking down what makes communication work for them (concise, honest, context) 🗣️
✓ Building those reminders into their Brain in Hand app 📲
✓ Creating support that's there in the moment when overthinking kicks in 🧠
✓ Reducing energy drain when they're already feeling overwhelmed 🪫

It's not about changing who you are 🌱, it's about having the right tools exactly when you need them.

See how Brain in Hand coaching turns everyday challenges into manageable solutions through genuine, collaborative conversations 🤝.

"I love my career, I love what I do 💼. But I get to the end of the day and I don't have the energy to make a nutritional meal 🍲 or keep on top of household chores 🧺."

Sound familiar?

Many neurodivergent employees excel at work but struggle with the "invisible" challenge of energy management 🔋. They give everything to their job, then have nothing left for basic self-care, let alone the things they actually want to do 🎨.

This isn't about time management ⏰. It's about energy accounting.

Want to know how our coaching can help?

In this real coaching session, you'll see how our coaches help people:
✓ Recognise their energy patterns throughout the day 🌞🌙
✓ Plan strategically to balance productivity with personal needs ⚖️
✓ Move from surviving to actually having energy for life outside work ✨
✓ Use practical tools (like traffic lights 🚦) for real-time energy monitoring

The goal isn't just getting through the day, it's having energy left to live your life and do the things you enjoy 💡💛.

Watch this authentic coaching conversation to see how Brain in Hand coaches work with individuals to create personalised strategies that actually work in everyday moments 🤝.

"I'm not here to change you 🌱. What I want to do is bring out the best version of you through coaching ✨."

This is what strengths-based neurodiversity coaching actually sounds like.

Too often, neurodivergent employees walk away from support conversations feeling like they "can't do anything" 🚫 rather than empowered by what they can achieve 💪.

Our coaches take a different approach.
We don't focus on fixing challenges, we focus on amplifying strengths and finding what works for each unique individual 🌟.

In this real coaching session, you'll see exactly how we:
✓ Lead with strengths, not deficits 🌿
✓ Create individualised support strategies 🧩
✓ Help people feel empowered, not diminished 🙌
✓ Build practical solutions that work in everyday moments 🛠️

Do you look autistic?

With World Autism Acceptance Day next week, we’re launching a campaign to showcase the often underrepresented voices in the autistic community.

For too long, autistic people have been told, “But you don’t look autistic,” and this is especially true for those in minority groups. We want to challenge these stereotypes and highlight the beautiful diversity of the autistic community. If you feel underrepresented in the way autism is portrayed, we’d love to feature you.

All we need is your name, photo, and permission to use them in the campaign emailed to marketing@braininhand.co.uk. We’ll be sharing it online and with mainstream media for wider recognition.

Know someone who’d be a great fit? Let us know!

Thanks for reading, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

So, we asked AI to generate an image of an autistic person...

Can you guess what it came back with?

A geeky-looking white boy of about 11, wearing glasses.

We shouldn’t have been surprised, but it really hit home how far we still have to go in representing the diversity of faces within the neurodivergent community.

Here’s the thing: 50% of our team is neurodivergent. And guess what? Not one of us is an 11-year-old boy.

This week, as part of Neurodiversity Celebration Week we’re proudly showcasing some of the incredible neurodivergent talent in our company.

Over the next few days, expect some shameless self-promotion because we think our team is amazing, and we want to inspire *you* to hire more autistic and ADHD talent too.

Sure, working with us might mean thinking a little differently, but trust us, we’re worth it 💅

Give us a like if:

👀 You’ve ever been told you don’t “look” like you're ADHD or autistic.
🧠 You believe in the power of hiring neurodivergent people.
