It’s slippy out there today! I’ve been out clearing the car park. We are open but understand if you can’t get to us today.

Wrap up if you are out and about. Make sure you have good grippy shoes and take smaller steps in case you lose balance. Hiking poles are also helpful.

If you have have had a tumble we are pretty darn awesome at fixing knocks to wrists, elbows, shoulders, hips and backs.

Take care out there!

What is Dry Needling?

Dry needling is a therapeutic technique used by physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to treat muscle pain. It involves the insertion of thin, sterile needles into trigger points, which are tight knots of muscle that can cause pain and discomfort. Unlike acupuncture, which is based on traditional Chinese medicine principles, dry needling is rooted in Western medicine and focuses on relieving muscle pain and improving range of motion by targeting specific areas of muscle tension.

How can Dry Needling help you?

💥Provide pain relief
💥Improve range of motion
💥Enhance muscle function
💥Reduce Muscle Tightness
💥Accelerate Recovery
💥Decrease need for pain medication
💥Improve your quality of life

We love how effective Dry Needling is at the clinic!

Today we celebrate World Osteopathy Day. It is also a 150 years since Osteopathy was declared a ‘thing’ so a double this year.

If you have been helped by osteopathic treatment then please spread the word and recommend us to friends or family that might benefit.
We still think it is the world’s best kept secret as we don’t ‘big’ ourselves up much!

A few stats from a recent poll:

Patients reported high scores for both satisfaction and experience of osteopathic care: 88.1% were very satisfied at six weeks and 93.5% reported very good experience at six weeks. At one week 89.1% of patients reported some measure of improvement, and at six weeks this figure rose to 92.8%.

The “Friends and Family Test” indicated that 93.9% were ‘extremely likely’ or ‘likely’ to recommend osteopathy.
