It's been interesting and lovely running my new workshops. There were 10 of us over the weekend enjoying energy healing and test running my new Energy Massage routine. Everyone seemed very relaxed and chilled afterwards, and some new connections were made. I'm looking forward to putting together my programme of workshops for 2023, so I'm going to cancel the seated massage event on November 26th so I can concentrate on this. Another lovely session last Sunday with six people enjoying some relaxing massage. We managed to cover the shoulders, arms, neck and head and everyone seemed pretty chilled at the end! Great to hear that some have also made new friends from the session. Now looking forward to the next session on Thursday 13th October, when we'll re-visit Energy Healing.
