Your branch AGM is coming up soon, and with it the chance to join the branch's executive committee and take a lead in shaping the direction of travel for members in your county in 2026. Have you thought about taking on the role of chair, secretary and treasurer, or simply being an executive branch member, perhaps with a particular interest in students, nursing support workers, EDI, LGBTQ+ rights, the RCN Nursing Workforce Standards, or anything you're passionate about, while you watch and learn from your peers about the three core committee roles?
