In therapy I meet many with the need to be perfect and to please others. Don’t let perfection hold you back from starting; embrace the journey of creating and trying new things. Every step, no matter how small, is a step towards growth and self-discovery. Remember, progress is more important than perfection. Allow yourself to be imperfect and learn through the process. You are worthy of pursuing your passions! 📸 Today, I had the privilege of visiting , a breathtaking estate that’s now part of the . Known as one of the filming locations for Pride and Prejudice, it felt surreal to wander through these iconic landscapes. The gardens are truly a sight to behold, with serene lakes surrounded by trees that have stood for over 300 years! 🌳🍂

This autumnal setting was pure soul food—filled with vibrant colors, peaceful reflections, and countless mindful moments. A true retreat from the everyday. 🍁💫

“Such a privilege tonight to facilitate a well-being workshop for a dedicated team of firefighters. 🙏🔥 Working with an entire watch, we explored stress management, the window of tolerance, and how introverts and extroverts uniquely cope with stress. I also had the wonderful opportunity to guide them through mindfulness techniques to support their mental well-being.

The feedback was excellent, and I’m always grateful to contribute to the resilience of those who give so much to their community.
