This barre flow uses a Pilates ring to gently activate deep stabilisers and improve mobility where we’re often stiff. As a soft tissue therapist, I love how movement and massage work together to support muscles, joints, and posture.

We’re focusing on:
• Foot & ankle stability
• Pelvic control & deep core activation
• Thoracic rotation for healthier shoulders & spine

Linking these areas helps restore efficient movement patterns, improve alignment, and reduce compensation through the knees, lower back, and shoulders.

Time is flying far too fast, so here’s to soaking up every single moment, the cuddles, the silly behaviours (like trying to eat tissues from the bin 🙈), the gentle snoring during naps, and that tail that never stops wagging.
