We woke up at 2 am, drove for hours. Followed the trail in the dark. Stonehenge with my beautiful family. Hearing m the drums watching the sunrise. Leaning against the stones, I cannot put into words their energy, their wisdom they shared with me. My hyper children who were so absorbed in the energy.
We celebrated the longest night of the year and welcomed in the Sun . Making our wishes as it awakened! Happy solstice. May the returning sun bring warmth and love into your hearts.

What’s around you?
How do you move, speak, and live?

Let yourself fully feel this version of you.
Then gently step back through the doorway and journal what you received.

🥳🎊🎄 Tomorrow is the day!!! 🎄🎊🥳
We will have fantastic taster sessions available of reiki, crystals, massage and reflexology. I will be there to answer any salt therapy questions and armed with vouchers, leaflets and discounts and there will be mince pies and mulled wine available to buy in the cafe!
Sadly one of our therapists cannot make it tomorrow but the rest of us will be opening the doors at 11am for our last wellness event of 2025!! So come and spend a few hours or pop in on your lunch break for a bit of 'you' time.

We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao to soften the heart and anchor you into your body. From this grounded space, we move into our candle ritual — a moment to honour the light that held us through the darker seasons, the quiet guidance that’s been flickering within even when life felt heavy. This ritual invites reflection, tenderness, and remembrance.

From there, we flow into tribal drumming, awakening the ancient pulse that runs through us all. The rhythm invites release, activation, and connection to the deeper parts of your lineage and inner wisdom.
