The drum is as old as words.
A voice that speaks between worlds —
calling to the ancestors, spirit,
echoing into the lower and upper realms,
carrying prayers through the body and into the Earth.

I am opening two Ceremonial Cacao & Ancestral Drumming Circles,
a space to soften the heart, ground into the body, release the burden of the days,
and remember ourselves in community.

Ceremonial Cacao will open the circle,
followed by tribal & ceremonial drumming
to guide connection with the elements, the ancestors,
and the unseen threads that hold us.

The Stirring – An Imbolc Women’s Gathering

This earthy ritual is an invitation to come back to the way of the land.
To remember our deep connection with the Earth as Mother, as guide, as living presence.

The Earth is always speaking — softly, patiently — and this gathering is a space to slow down enough to listen.

Together, we return to ancient ways of being: community connection, ritual, sound and frequency, embodiment, and deep presence within the body. Through reconnecting with ourselves, we reconnect with the land beneath our feet and the wisdom held within us.

Imbolc marks the sacred moment when the first stirrings of life awaken beneath the soil. A threshold time between winter and spring, it is a season of renewal, inner listening, and gentle ignition. It invites us to honour both the returning light and the quiet spark growing within.

The Stirring is a nourishing women’s gathering devoted to the flame of Brigid — goddess of fire, creativity, healing, and inspiration — and to tending our own inner hearth.

Through somatic movement, guided meditation, sound, ritual, reflection, and seasonal craft, we will explore themes of awakening, remembering, and emergence as we stand at this powerful seasonal gateway.

Held in a warm, supportive circle, this mini retreat offers space to soften, ground, reconnect with yourself and others, and consciously welcome what is beginning to bloom in your life.

A light, plant-based lunch will be shared, lovingly prepared to nourish both body and soul.

As always, come exactly as you are — and leave feeling gently stoked, grounded, and held in the love of Brigid and your sisters

The Earth wants to be seen again
She wants us to put our hands on the soil.
She’s asking for this on the land that you live on, not some far away land but the one that holds you at night
Can you go out to the garden, the yard, the park nearby and give her your presence your awareness.

Feel, look and listen to her.
She just wants to be seen again- it’s as simple as that.

The Earth’s our one constant in life- the sky changes, the stars can hide but the Earth is always beneath us.

This will be a really slow two hour pace circle combining somatic awareness, meditation with a soothing sound bath and Shamanic Ritual Craft. Yes we will be setting intentions for the next few months but this is not a time to fast forward. This is the time to slowly start bringing together our intention for the coming months.

Like the layers of rock and moss, we are also layered in emotions, likes and dislikes , anger, sadness.

We all have our own deep layers.
When I see my clients peel back their layers, strip what they’ve clung to for too long -

They emerge with power, confidence and a knowing of who they are - how blessed I am to witness this in my work.

It’s something we uncover together.

In our sessions, we don’t bypass the mess.
We listen to the body.

We let the nervous system soften in its own time.

It’s not spiritual “positive vibes only”.

It’s the deep exhale you didn’t realise you were holding.
It’s your mind no longer running the same old loops.
It’s your body finally feeling safe enough to rest.

This is where mental peace begins —
not by fixing you,
but by coming home to yourself.
