🥊 Women-only Kickboxing Sessions
Led by Maria Graham from Ruby Fury Academy, these sessions focus on:
• Mechanics of movement
• Safe, effective technique
• Strength and conditioning
• Gradual, progressive improvement
Using focus pads and strike shields (no high kicks required), you’ll learn how to generate real power through technique — not brute strength.
Over the weeks, you’ll notice improved balance, flexibility and overall fitness — all in a supportive, small-group or one-to-one environment.
