We had a blast this week❤️Started with a lovely walk in the garden breathing in the fresh air🌳. Played a selection of ball games🏐 celebrated a Birthday with tons of fun with a beautiful cake made by our wonderful chef🎂. Live Entertainment from Patrick with songs old and new.🎤 New trend from our hairdresser this week.💈. Church Service with Heidi from Holy Trinity Church visited⛪.

‼️EXMOUTH UPDATE‼️

We can confirm that we have now lifted all cordons which had been in place in Exmouth while the operation to dispose of the unexploded Second World War device was under way.

Residents are free to return to their homes and continue with their daily lives.

Devon County Council, East Devon District Council and partners will remain at the scene for the time being and commence the recovery phase of the operation.

Assistant Chief Constable Nikki Leaper said:

“We’d like to thank local residents for their patience at what we appreciate was an alarming and difficult time. It was amazing to see everyone pull together.

“Safety of residents was always our paramount concern working with the military, East Devon District Council and other partners.

“We are well prepared for incidents such as this, but I’d like to additionally thank all agencies for their support in bringing this matter to a safe conclusion.”

We had the best week with Bertie and his Fun fit exercises on Monday. 🙆‍♂

Tuesday Musical Ball Games in the morning. Frank and Jeff's 🎤 laughter- filled Live music and memories made.

Wednesday Take your aim with plenty of laughs. Afternoon of relaxing Music 🎼

Thursday Fresh cuts and vibes with our lovely hairdresser, 1-2-1 with our lovely residents.

Friday Fun-fit exercises with Dilsha and Making numbers and making memories, had a blast playing Bingo 🎉

Saturday and Sunday A few games of Indoor Boules and Skittles to test your skills.

Christmas and New Year Highlights
We had fabulous week🎊🎉 " It was a week of laughter, cheer and making memories🎄. We kicked off with a Merry Christmas, sang along to festive tunes🎤 Shared hearty laughs and celebrated New Year with the sparkles and cheer🎊. From fun games to yummy treats🍰, every moment was a gift🎁.

Arts and Crafts: It was a crafty Christmas Eve 🎄 We got creative with with arts and crafts making colourful paper chains 🌈 Christmas Snow Globes and spreading festive cheer with handmade goodies.

Christmas day fun: Santa and presents, laughter and togetherness made the day extra special.

Afternoon Tea: A wonderful selection of cakes and snacks.

We also had a fun packed days with reminiscing/ memory games, chair yoga, singalongs🎤. Fabulous afternoon with the amazing Bertie and his afternoon keep Fit class.

Sports Activities: Brandon Golf Quoits and Indoor boules.

Spa Afternoon: Hand massages and Nail pampering session.
