After careful consideration of 140 names recommended by our staff and public through social media, we have chosen the name for our famous reception ducky.

You will find Blissy in all our care homes. Represents fun and love in welcoming people to our homes. Make sure you sign in when you come in, Blissy is watching you😊🥰🥳

And the winner is our own team members who came with the same name but different spellings. Both of them are winners.

It’s party day!!
We’ve had a busy week here at Brandon House so here’s some photos to keep you going until this afternoon!
The residents thoroughly enjoyed chair darts, a very enthusiastic singing duo, a cheese tasking afternoon and snow globe making as well as many other activities.

We’re excited! 7 days and counting until our Christmas party! There’s lots of planning going on in the background, so we thought we’d give you all a sneak peak at a couple of our brilliant Tombola prizes!

Another busy afternoon here at Brandon house, today we’ve been decorating mini Christmas trees for the bedrooms, lots of colour, tinsel and smiles!

One of our staff members kindly donated this for our reception. It needs more celebration.

We are planning to make this ducky our brand ambassador for Bliss Care. We need a sweet name for it.

Could you suggest one name for our ducky in the comments?

We are also internally running this competition with our team members, along with the public.

As I went to say goodbye to everyone this evening I could hear lots of chatter and laughter from the lounge, our residents were having a great time doing a quiz. I’m not sure who was having the best time, them or Dilsha!
