My oh my…..that was such a busy morning baking nearly 100 scones.
As well as doing the apple crumble and apricot & ginger specials today, I’ve also made pretty much every other flavour I do for a big order gone out today:
Plain
Fruit
Date & walnut
Cherry & almond
Raspberry & coconut
Chocolate chip
I conveniently made a few extra as usual because I love nothing more than a cream tea after 2hrs of delivering.

So it’s that time of year again when I get asked to do my Apple & Cinnamon crumble topped scones. I saw some plum jam and thought that would go nice with these . Also thought of ginger and apricot scones with plum jam.
So next Sunday I’ll do a big bake off and I’ll be delivering for one day only 😍

Classic coffee & walnut sponge cake is always popular…this went out today with the gorgeous cheese scones, topped with parmesan & mustard. Busy day today baking and delivering, always a pleasure, never a chore 💛

Back out, busy on deliveries today. Doesn't take long to get back in the swing of it all. Thank you for all your orders.
Favourite of mine today...Victoria sponge with buttercream and raspberry jam. You'd have to go a long way to beat this 💛

Well hello all you scone and cake lovers 💛
I'm back from my summer holiday, had the best time with my family. Spent my time walking the coast path, eating cream teas and relaxing. I was lucky enough to have a full month of sunshine which made it all the better ☀
Well it's back with a bump here. I'll be ready to start baking again from next weekend. Here's to to my 11th year of business 🙏
I still prefer cream first 💛

Teachers gift: cream tea and brownie boxes have been popular. I have sold out now but just to let you know these are available for any time of the year for any occasion or treat. You can make boxes up as you like with any items from my menu.
As many of you may know, I'm a teacher's assistant full time at a local primary school. I finish on Wednesday for the summer holidays so I'll see you all in September 💛

Hello all you scone and cake lovers...just to let you know I'll be taking my usual summer break from end of July. Any orders already booked in will of course be ok.
I pretty much work 7 days a week at the moment, working 3 jobs. Full time job at a school, a host family for visiting foreign students and of course my own business as well. I love being busy and working hard but I also love my time off in the summer.
I'll be camping with my children and their friends which is a real treat, then also off in my campervan, eating pasties and cream teas. I'll be back to baking at the beginning of September.
Thank you all for supporting my business over the last 10 years. 💛
