After every appointment an automated Friends and Family Test (FFT) gets sent to each patient via SMS. This is a contractual requirement that all GP practices undertake and the first 2 questions are set by NHS England. The FFT allows patients to provide feedback on their experience which can be used to improve our services.

Meningitis Outbreak - March 2026 - UKHSA helpline

Call 999 if you or someone else has symptoms of meningitis.

If you do not have symptoms, but think you have been in contact with a confirmed case, call the UKHSA helpline on 0344 225 3861. It is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

We are holding a slightly reduced walk-in mole clinic today between 11:00–12:00.

No appointment required — it is a walk in, so there may be a short wait.
