After every appointment an automated Friends and Family Test (FFT) gets sent to each patient via SMS. This is a contractual requirement that all GP practices undertake and the first 2 questions are set by NHS England. The FFT allows patients to provide feedback on their experience which can be used to improve our services.

A huge thank you to our amazing Patient Group for organising and selling the draw tickets. Your hard work and support have helped raise valuable funds toward new equipment for the surgery. We couldn’t have done it without you!
