Just a quick reminder about appointments.
This week alone in the past 3 days, I've had 5 clients not turn up for their appointments due to forgetting/ other commitments. I completely understand that life gets busy and things happen; however, it costs me money when an appointment is missed. I have also turned away a few clients who are in huge amounts of pain due to being 'fully booked' and had 5 appointment that could have been used by others (if I had known).
Our policy for cancellation/no shows is:
Cancelling an appointment within 24 hours requires payment in full. Please read the consent form thoroughly. If you are aware of any reason that you may need to cancel or change your appointment, please let me know asap.
If you forget about your appointment or do not turn up on the day, you are liable for 100% of the appointment fee which will required to be paid within 7 days.
I ask for you to double, triple check your appointments. Please book them into your own diaries too - and although you get a reminder 48 hours prior, it is your responsibility to not forget
