Clinical Reflexology, Reiki Practitioner & Emotion Code Practitioner I have also completed an Indian Head Massage course.

I am a fully qualified Clinical Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner and have been working with these therapies for over 10 years. I have trained in fertility reflexology and Baby and Toddler Reflex as well as Mindfulness for children. The aim of these therapies, is to encourage body and health awareness in order to promote self healing. To help you make healthy lifestyle choices, as well as empowering you to become more responsible for your own healthcare. Depending on the issue I will sometimes use chakra and energy balancing techniques, guided meditation, crystals and Angel cards

I have had some great feedback when using these therapies for issues such as back problems, sciatica, migraine, insomnia, poor circulation and general wellbeing. If you would like to know more, or to make an appointment for you or your child, please contact me. I am flexible and can visit you at your home or place of work, if convenient.
