Week 0 – Baseline Assessment
A detailed 1-hour assessment to test strength, mobility and movement quality. This gives us a clear starting point and allows us to track real progress.
Weeks 1–5 – Guided Progression
Each week builds on solid foundations including core stability, hip strength and functional movement patterns. You’ll receive coached sessions alongside tailored at-home exercises designed specifically for you.
Week 6 – Re-Testing and Progress Review
We reassess your movement and strength so you can see tangible improvements and leave with a clear plan for continuing your progress.
Week 12 – Bonus Accountability Check-In
A follow-up session to ensure you’re maintaining your gains and staying on track long after the programme ends.
