🌍🌳🌊 Proud Dad Moment! Drumming up support for Eva's as she embarks on her fubdraising efforts for her Costa Rica Conservation Project in 2025! 🐢 🤿 🏝️ 👣

I'm thrilled to share In the summer of 2025, Eva has decided to leave us for the summer to embark on an extraordinary four-week expedition to Costa Rica's lush rainforests to work alongside conservationists to protect the environment and support local communities through inspiring projects.
Additionally, she will be pursuing her PADI Open Water Dive Qualification to explore the vibrant marine life and support the conservation of Sea Turtles in Costa Rica's tropical waters as she celebrates her 16th birthday! 🎁 🤿 🐢
To raise money for her expedition, and inspired by her Grandpa, who sadly passed away on 18th March this year, Eva has planned a bespoke 3-day trek across Dartmoor over the upcoming May Bank Holiday to complete a 30+ mile "10-Tor" Challenge (something her Grandpa did 58 years ago)!
Navigating by compass and map, Eva will start from Postbridge, (where her Grandpa lived and where he met Grandma Lin Day). She will then trek that through breathtaking landscapes and historical sites to finish at Haytor Rocks, which overlooks Widecombe-In-the-Moor, a place where her Great-Grandparents used to live!
🚶♂️ Trek Details:
Day 1: From Postbridge, Eva will visit 3 Tors before wild camping at Grey Wethers stone circles (spooky) 👻
Day 2: Eva will visit 3 more Tors before wild camping near Widecombe-in-the-Moor. 👣
Day 3: The final leg Eva will visit 4 Tors on her way to Haytor Rocks in time for sunset 🌅
We're asking for your support to help Eva reach her fundraising target. This will help her achieve her wish of supporting conservation and local community projects in Costa Rica in 2025.
