Friday’s Christmas party was another festive triumph, and that is entirely thanks to my amazing volunteers.

We finished off our Christmas crafts before the party games began. Emily absolutely stole the show in the most fantastic Christmas outfit, winning Pin the Carrot on the Snowman and coming joint first in musical statues.

After all the fun and games, we tucked into the party food, before enjoying a lovely surprise visit from Robert’s sister, who very kindly brought along lots of delicious cakes for everyone to enjoy.

It was a wonderful time all round, filled with laughter, creativity, and festive cheer.

Once again, I want to say a huge thank you to my incredible volunteers. Without your support, kindness, and generosity with your time, Creative Serenity would not be possible. You are truly valued by me and by everyone who comes along.

Today our Wednesday group well and truly brought the Christmas spirit, and the building was filled with laughter from start to finish.

The celebrations kicked off with a surprise romantic moment between Frankie and Ross … please see the photos below.

Creative time followed as we finished our gorgeous Christmas lanterns. Everyone then chose their next project, decorating either a bag or a tea towel with fabric pens. The focus, imagination and pride in everyone’s work was so lovely to see.

Then it was time for games. Stick the nose on the Snowman got everyone giggling, with our Rae of sunshine taking the win. Next came a festive challenge as hoops were thrown at our brave reindeers, which quickly turned into everyone wanting a turn wearing them.

The fun continued with musical statues and pass the parcel, building excitement all the way. Ross was absolutely delighted to win the selection box, which caused plenty of cheers.

We wrapped up the day by enjoying mountains of party food prepared by my fabulous enchanted elves, who truly are the best and helped make the day so special.

Just one more party to go before we break for a week. Days like this are what it’s all about.

What a wonderfully fabulous Wednesday and Friday we’ve just had. Our groups have been busy creating magical snow-globe scenes, and yes … even our superstar volunteer Ellie joined in. Her creation features trees set beneath the northern lights, and it looks incredible. Emily went the extra mile and made one for herself and one for our volunteer Karen, who’s feeling a little under the weather. Get well soon, Karen … we miss you.

Now for the big news. Next week is PARTY TIME. We’re hosting two celebrations: one for our Wednesday group and one for our Friday group. And if you attend both sessions, you get double the fun.

We’re also thrilled to announce that our brand-new Friday afternoon sessions are starting soon and they’re already full, just like our Wednesday and Friday mornings. If you’d like to join the waiting list for any of our groups, simply get in touch with Sam for more details.

It might have been gloomy outside on Friday, but inside Creative Serenity it was anything but dull. While the rain did its thing, we brought a few snowmen to life, and Emily’s creation absolutely stole the show. Our marathon of Pom Pom making continued, with Stephen producing a masterpiece and Mike proudly completing a bauble ready for the Christmas tree.

And now for the exciting part… we’re opening up a brand new Friday afternoon group. Each week will feature story time followed by a creative craft project inspired by the tale. It’s the perfect way to end the week with imagination, laughter, and a little bit of magic.

Today we celebrated our Fabulous Frankies Birthday 🎁 🎉🎂🥳 We sang the Birthday song and shared a delicious caterpillar chocolate cake kindly bought in by Frankies Mum... everyone agreed it was scrumptious 😋

Yippee … the first Wednesday of December did not disappoint. Our Christmas tree is officially up and the festive playlist is in full swing. Today was all about snowy creations, painting beautiful baubles ready for the tree, and dancing our socks off.

The excitement is building and we can’t wait to share the festive fun with you.
