Nobody gives a s**t…… so just do it!

I’ve started getting back into fitness after a bit of a break and started a new job where I’m in the house most of the time.
My body is saying “get your butt out there and move.” But my inner Karen was coming up with all of the excuses.
I’ve not showered, my hair is greasy, I don’t have the right bra 😆 I don’t have the right weights here.

I had to have a word with myself. “Who gives a s**t?”.
The answer is nobody! Only you!

So I got my arse up off the sofa, put the ‘wrong’ bra on and made the best of it.
So here I am, last nights makeup doing what I knew would make me feel good and not giving a s**t.

If there’s something you want to do but the perfectionism and need to have everything ready and lined up is in the way!
Just start! Just do it!
Because I promise you nobody gives a s**t about the so called “imperfections”.

Ending the therapeutic relationship

I’ve just balled my eyes out (and probably will do many times more), as tonight I said “goodbye for now” to my therapist.

The journey I have been on has been insane and such an incredible one.
As a coach it’s not a surprise how much I value self development and personal growth but the shifts I’ve made have been monumental!!!
And now our journey has come to a close. It’s a celebration but my god I’m going to miss her.

I practise what I preach so if you’re thinking about making some shifts and want a coach who is a bit ‘woo’, but not away with the fairies - I’m your gal.

Expectations and the ‘shoulds’ of Christmas.

This year I wanted ease. Convenience.
So that’s what I did.
It’s simple and beautiful and that’s all I want.

Sod the expectations. Do what YOU want! If you want a big colour coordinated tree do it!
If you can’t be arsed with any of it - don’t!
