Unreal combination!!

Just had a massage followed by infrared sauna which we have on offer above KULT.

Can honestly say it was a game changer, had a lot of knots across my back. Yvonne Mark Massage Therapist worked hard on them tonight. Then going straight into the Infrared Sauna for 30min Detox programme was insane.

Felt the knots almost “moving and sweating” out of the body.

The clinic is now open in Pod 2 above Kult fitness.

It is exciting to be back massaging people professionally. For those of you that don't know this side of me, I have been a qualified massage therapist for 18 years now. Throughout that time, I have been adding new skills and whilst I have qualifications with fancy names like 'Swedish Massage'; ' Remedial & Sports Massage'; 'Indian Head Massage'; 'Myofascial Release', basically we have a chat and see what is wrong and what I can do to help you out of pain
