Do you struggle with ongoing knee or hip pain? Have you been told a joint replacement may be in your future? Or are you recovering from surgery and want to rebuild strength safely?
This 10-week guided programme is designed to help you strengthen the muscles around the joint, reduce pain, and improve the way you move day-to-day.

✔ Preparing for joint replacement
✔ Recovering post-operation
✔ Looking to improve strength and walking mechanics
This class will support you every step of the way.
What’s included:
✅ Ongoing progress tests throughout the block
✅ Targeted strengthening exercises
✅ Exercises to continue at home between classes
✅ Guidance on movement, walking improvements & joint care
✅ Expert support from both an Exercise Instructor and Massage Therapist
