Chair massage is - like Indian head massage - an ideal way to unwind after work, or in your break. It is performed as you sit in a specially designed, ergonomic chair. You can remain fully clothed and the treatment focussed on the neck, shoulders back arms and head
It offers accessible care without the need to lie down as this does not feel comfortable for everyone.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, lighter and refreshed , ready to return to your day

Despite the name, it does not just include head massage but quite a lot of it is focused on the neck and shoulders. Very good for getting out knots (where the muscles all bunch up together and cause pain).
