This is how I end my blended Holistic Coaching sessions.
Holding Space for my Clients as they reflect on the learnings and the release that's taken place in their session.
Offering a Meditation session with Reiki to bring the session to completion.
Focusing on the breath to bring the body into 'rest and digest' mode.
Activating the vagus nerve to move from 'fight or flight' and into a state of self healing ✨️.
Taking slower and deeper breaths and exhalations stimulate your vagus nerve.
This signals to the body that it is now in a state of calm.
The mind slows and moves away from overthinking.
The heart beats at a regular pace and the stomach calms behind the solar plexus.
My Clients leave these blended sessions feeling physically, emotionally and mentally lighter.
