This is how I end my blended Holistic Coaching sessions.

Holding Space for my Clients as they reflect on the learnings and the release that's taken place in their session.

Offering a Meditation session with Reiki to bring the session to completion.

Focusing on the breath to bring the body into 'rest and digest' mode.

Activating the vagus nerve to move from 'fight or flight' and into a state of self healing ✨️.

Taking slower and deeper breaths and exhalations stimulate your vagus nerve.

This signals to the body that it is now in a state of calm.

The mind slows and moves away from overthinking.

The heart beats at a regular pace and the stomach calms behind the solar plexus.

My Clients leave these blended sessions feeling physically, emotionally and mentally lighter.

With Focus and Clarity around their next steps.

MEDITATION IS THE KEY TO A HAPPY, HEALTHY AND SUCCESSFUL LIFE

Many Successful people incorporate meditation into their daily lives.

Meditation is just as powerful as daily exercise and the two practices are on a par

Meditation is a Meta Skill. It’s a skill that enables your other skills to grow.

Be still and in control inside – The ripple effects spread and enable you to be focused and have clarity.

This improves concentration and decision making - two of your very important executive functions.

Focusing for just 10 minutes gives you focus for the rest of the day.

Some benefits of Meditation:

▪️Increased ability to Focus and make Decisions
▪️Increased Communication
▪️Increased Wellbeing
▪️Positive effect on Psychological Problems (stress, anxiety, overthinking etc)

I encourage all of my Clients to meditate for at least a few minutes a day.

The Logical Levels pyramid is a powerful Coaching tool that you can use to evaluate your life right now.

WHO do you think you are? Who do you see yourself as and how do others perceive you?

WHY do you take certain actions? Are you aware of your internal decision makers and the drivers of your motivation?

HOW do you do what you do? What strategies do you run and which of your past experiences are having an impact on your life right now?

WHAT is going on in your life? Are your strategies and your past affecting how you behave and think in your everyday life?

WHERE is everything happening? Your environment is the concrete base on which the other levels sit.

Each level has an impact on one or more of the others.

The more connected that you are with WHO you are will connect you with WHY you make decisions, and where your motivation really comes from.

Understanding HOW you form the patterns of your life makes room for change. Embrace it.

Having the awareness of WHAT is working and what is not. This is where opportunity and choice comes in to play.

Focusing on the WHERE all of this is coming from will give you the tools of transformation.

I work with my Clients through all of the levels.

Connecting them to their TRUE IDENTITY and guiding them to live their life with PURPOSE and in ALIGNMENT.

We begin with a 1 hour consultation then we follow up with 4 more sessions to work on your change.

Sessions can be booked in weekly.

An alternative is to book a Breakthrough session and we work through your change process in one afternoon,morning or evening.

Consultation held before the Breakthrough session.

Progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) is a technique that involves systematically tensing and then relaxing different muscle groups in the body to promote relaxation and reduce tension. It's a method of deep relaxation that can help alleviate stress, anxiety, and even improve sleep. 

Here's how it works:

PMR is based on the principle of learning to recognize and control tension in the body. 

It involves consciously tensing a specific muscle group for a few seconds, then releasing the tension and noticing the feeling of relaxation. 

This process is repeated for different muscle groups throughout the body, one at a time, in a systematic order. 

These are the benefits of PMR:

· Reduce stress and anxiety

By learning to release physical tension, individuals can experience a sense of calm and well-being. 

· Improve sleep:

PMR can help quiet the mind and relax the body, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep. 

· Pain management:

PMR can be used to reduce muscle tension associated with pain and discomfort. 

· Increased body awareness:

PMR can help individuals become more aware of their body's tension patterns and develop skills to manage them. 

How to practice PMR :

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down. 

Begin with deep breathing exercises to prepare the body for relaxation. 

Systematically tense and relax each muscle group, paying attention to the sensations in your body. 

Focus on the feeling of relaxation after releasing the tension. 

Practice regularly to become more proficient at recognizing and releasing tension.

I offer PMR as a stand alone session or it can be added to a Coaching session for an immersive experience.

Using the technique of PMR to your wellness regime with add to your overall feeling of wellbeing and improved health.
