Tim’s 33. In the RAF. Loves his cricket.

Trains hard. Eats well. Does everything right.

But every time he got on the cricket pitch to bowl his hamstring or calf would go. The same muscles, again and again.

He’s not unfit. Not skipping warm-ups. Doing all the right things but constantly breaking down.
