⭐️ My Goal is to make everyone aware, to look after your body, you don’t have to be an athlete to receive soft tissue therapy⭐️

I’m Luke a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist, and here’s why soft tissue therapy works for anyone struggling with everyday aches and pains — not just gym-goers or sports players.

Soft tissue therapy focuses on muscles, tendons, fascia, and connective tissue — the tissues your body relies on every time you sit, stand, walk, lift, or move. You don’t need to train hard or play sport to overload these tissues. Everyday life does that just fine.

Long hours at a desk, repetitive work, stress, poor sleep, driving, parenting, or simply not moving enough can all lead to stiffness, discomfort, and persistent aches. Over time, the body adapts to these demands, and those adaptations can become painful or restrictive.

Soft tissue therapy works because it:

-Improves how tissues move and tolerate load
-Reduces tension and sensitivity in overworked areas
-Supports better posture and movement patterns
-Helps calm an overprotective nervous system
-Encourages the body to move more freely and comfortably

This isn’t about “fixing” something that’s broken. In many cases, pain is the result of tissues being under-prepared, overworked, or not moving well — not injury or damage.
Soft tissue therapy helps restore balance so everyday activities feel easier again.

Whether you’re dealing with neck and shoulder tension from desk work, lower back stiffness from sitting or standing all day, hip pain, headaches, or general aches that don’t seem to go away, soft tissue therapy can help.

You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit — you just need a body that deals with everyday life.

IMPACTHQ Wellness Hub

First: what makes an infrared sauna different?
Traditional saunas heat the air (usually 160–200°F).
Infrared saunas use infrared light to heat your body directly, so the air stays cooler (around 110–140°F).

Translation: you sweat a lot without feeling like you’re being slow-roasted.
The most talked-about benefits

1. Easier, deeper sweating
People who can’t tolerate traditional saunas often find infrared way more comfortable. You still sweat buckets, just without the suffocating heat.

2. Muscle recovery & joint relief
The heat penetrates deeper into tissues, which may:
Reduce muscle stiffness
Help post-workout recovery
Ease joint discomfort (arthritis folks especially love this)
This is why athletes and physical therapists jumped on it early.

3. Stress reduction & better sleep
Infrared sessions tend to be… calming. Like forced relaxation.
Many users report:
Lower stress
Better sleep that night
A parasympathetic “ahhh” feeling afterward
It’s basically heat + stillness + no phone = nervous system reset.

4. Circulation & heart health support
Sitting in an infrared sauna mildly raises heart rate, similar to light cardio.
Some research suggests it may support:
Improved circulation
Cardiovascular conditioning (especially for people who can’t exercise much)
Not a workout replacement—but a nice supplement.

5. Skin glow (yes, really)
Increased blood flow + sweating can temporarily improve:
Skin tone
Clarity
That post-sauna glow people chase
It’s not magic, but it looks good.

6. “Detox” claims (with a reality check)
Sweating does eliminate trace amounts of certain compounds—but your liver and kidneys do the real detoxing.
