We don’t need to lift weights to be strong. The body already holds the tension, flow, and intelligence of where energy needs to move. In my years of working with the holistic body, I’ve learned that true strength comes from listening to the body’s energetic, intuitive intelligence.

I don’t follow strict protocols — I honour what my body desires each day and nourish it accordingly. The same goes for food and drink: I trust the innate wisdom within.

Setting an intention at the start of any practice allows me to embody the creative flow that is continually birthing itself and spilling into all that I do. I create space to channel the intelligence of both the feminine and masculine in divine unity — action and flow, fire and ice.
