Fakenham & Holt Chiropractor Hello, my name is Rachel Walker-Davies (MChiro). I have a Masters Degree in Chiropractic which I stu Treatment usually starts from the first visit.

The initial appointment takes approximately 45-60 minutes in which a clinical history is taken and a physical examination is carried out to assess your complaint. After this an explanation of the findings is given and a plan of action on how best to treat your complaint. Subsequent treatments last around 20 minutes. There are many different techniques that can be used to treat people, ranging from manual adjustments of the joints to muscle stretching and massage techniques.
