They are offering you a non-attended or direct cremation funeral plan with them at a cost of £1,995.00 or if purchased before the end of February you can save £100.00

The mailing that has come out today also states at point 3 in the important information that 'if someone was to die at home without a plan and their loved ones were to arrange a direct cremation with them, it would cost £1645.00
