Tonight’s 5‑Minute Reset: Focus on Positivity Before Sleep
📆 This Week’s Practice Challenge:
Starting tonight, spend the last five minutes reflecting on three positive outcomes you want to bring into your life. Visualise each as if it’s already real. Feel the joy, gratitude, peace or success as though it’s happening now.
Examples:
* “I feel excited and confident about my opportunities tomorrow.”
* “I’m attracting meaningful connection and creative flow.”
* “I am healthy, growing and fully supported.”
Seal each thought with emotion - believing deeply that it’s real now and drift gently to sleep.
✨ Why It Matters:
If you fall asleep steeped in negative self-talk or anxiety, your subconscious mind reinforces those patterns - reverse your thoughts - imagine instead the place or reality you want to be in -
and if negativity arises in bed: get up, breathe, read, meditate and only return once calm.
