I had the sweetest moment this week - all about love, just in time for Valentine’s.
My fabulous mum-in-law and I were having a day out, I had never been to the oldest pub in Glasgow and said it was called Sloans. Her reply was ‘that’s where I got engaged!’
So we had to go!!! We had a drink and talked all about the build up to the big event and the ring. An unexpected wonderful reminiscing conversation. That was in 1955! So romantic 💕
The photo is taken in the alleyway of the pub and just seemed a perfect question as yes he was asking!

Blue Monday has thankfully passed - best to not even talk about it as it brings people down in itself!
This week a treat felt like the right thing! Headed to South Queensferry where we had to choose from an amazing array of bakery items in dunebakery - we narrowed it down and I couldn’t resist the lamination on the Pain au chocolat and a Cruffin filled with caramel and vanilla.
Both were delightful!

💜Reach out to someone you feel may need your support, may need you to be there, let them know you could be there if they want it.
💜This might not be the right time for them so check in again.
💜Just because you may feel uncomfortable doesn’t mean you shouldn’t reach out as what they are experiencing can be incomprehensible to others.
