I absolutely love this illustration. Never underestimate what someone else is going through. So many people opened up to me in my previous role as a Dental Hygienist but I often felt like I wished I could do more. Now I not only allow people to open up but I can also help them to relax, switch off, "go to another place" and then often people say they "float out" as they are leaving. The most rewarding career that never feels like a "job".
