IMPORTANT UPDATE

Shieldhill pharmacy is undergoing an upgrade to its IT system over the coming week, therefore our SMS text service is currently inactive which means patients who are signed up wont be receiving a text message stating their prescription is ready for collection.

Therefore, we kindly urge all patients who are signed up and who are expecting their prescriptions to the lead up to the easter holidays to either contact the pharmacy or come to the pharmacy to check to see if their prescriptions are ready.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and are working hard to have the SMS text messaging service up and running. We will put out another post once our SMS services have resumed. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
