Worried about STIs but don’t have any symptoms? Don’t fret! You can order a free at-home test from Forth Valley NHS Central Sexual Health.

👉 Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Visit www.centralsexualhealth.org to request your test.
2️⃣ Complete the test at home—it's just as reliable as visiting a clinic if done correctly.
3️⃣ Send it back to us, and you’ll receive your results in about ten days.

Remember, this service is for those without symptoms. If you do have symptoms, please get tested as soon as possible!

People living in Forth Valley can get free condoms delivered discreetly to their door.

You can place an order for Free Condoms By Post on the Central Sexual Health website: www.centralsexualhealth.org

Condoms prevent most sexually transmitted infections, including HIV. Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) prevents HIV but not other sexually transmitted infections.

Choose both for maximum protection!

Did you know that NHS Forth Valley's Central Sexual Health has a live chat service? 🤔

Individuals up to the age of 19 will be able to engage in a live chat with a nurse to receive free and confidential advice.
