Louise had a great first day, and I can speak first hand about how great she is, as I opted for a combination massage using bamboo massage, something I had never tried before and wanted to trial, and then Louise combined this with what she thought was appropriate, to ease my tense neck and shoulders. She was so lovely and welcoming, put me straight at ease and what I loved was she checked in with me throughout to see if the level of pressure was ok. Bamboo massage is a massage I would highly rate, it is basically deep-tissue therapy using heated bamboo sticks to roll and knead muscles, designed to "iron out" deep tension and knots, especially in the back and legs. I found it a very relaxing and powerful treatment that offers profound muscular relief.
I already feel relief and my back, neck and shoulders feel the benefit.
