MASSAGE FOR THE MIND
Hypnotherapy is quite often called a massage for the mind. It is a no hands on talking therapy with can be very relaxing. This is one of the reasons that 90% of adults and children we treat come to see us with issues such as stress, anxiety and depression. Normally around 3 sessions are required to get to yourself back to the way you want to feel. Sessions start at £80. The 1st sessions is 1.5 hours and subsequent sessions are 45-60 minutes.
