It’s the busiest time of the year, and all that activity from sitting at dance rehearsals/shows, nativity plays, carol services. This can all place extra strain on our bodies — from tight muscles to postural fatigue and a tired mind.

That’s why it’s so important to slow down when we can and look after our biostructural health. A little intentional self-care goes a long way in keeping us feeling balanced, supported, and well through the season.”

And just like that, our magical two-week holiday in America has come to an end! 😔✨ But… the festive season is officially in full swing! 🎄🎅✨

Santa is almost here, and so are our Christmas opening hours! Over the holiday period, we’ll have just one practitioner working to keep things merry and bright.

Our full team will be back together from January 5th, refreshed, recharged, and ready for 2026! 🎉
