Due to other commitments I’ve not opened up all my availability online, so if you’re looking for an appointment and can’t get in with us then send us a message.

I’ve had the loveliest week in this room helping lots of lovely clients look and feel good.

Laura Jane and I take pride in helping our clients feel calm and relaxed after coming into our wee space and this week has been just that.

We are grateful always for the recommendation that you all share, it doesn’t go unnoticed.

So That’s me finished for another week and time to enjoy the Easter Weekend and celebrate my hubbys birthday.

Now the room is being handed over to LJ to work her magic on her lovely clients.

Same breakfast, different day.
💪I’m such a creature of habit. 💪

For the last few months my go too breakfasts have been blueberries, seeds, natural yoghurt and honey. I sometimes add in protein powder for a protein boost to this as protein is very important too.

But I go with how I’m feeling. If I don’t have it with breakfast, I aim to have mid morning to get some good protein in then.

It satisfies my sweet tooth along with giving me some good nutrition with the seeds and Blueberries and whey.

I have realised that as much as I share my wellness and nutrition tips during sessions with my clients, I don’t do much on here.

So as my social media efforts has dwindled the last wee while as I forgot to get treatment photos often 🫣 I’m going to be of use and share some of what I do daily to stay well in my body and my mind…..

I’ve been really quiet on here the last wee while. 🫣

I keep saying I’m going to post more and I don’t. Seriously need to consider getting someone to do it for me. lol.

We have had a busy couple of months which has been fab so that’s another reason that Ive not been but I defo need to get my finger out.

We have had some lovely new and as always our regulars and we are grateful to have you all.

One update that I want to share is that Laura Jane is also going to be learning to do spray tans and will be available in a couple of weeks time on a Thursday and Friday night. 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Laura Jane is known for getting right to it when it comes to helping your back feel better.

She's got a couple of spaces free, one on Friday night 6.10pm and Saturday morning 11.10 and 12.pm so we are going to give a wee pay day bonus for a 45 min back neck and shoulders massage.

We are going to do pay for 30 mins and get 45 min treatment instead
