As medical practitioners, we spend so much time looking after everyone else that sometimes we forget to prioritise ourselves too!

Today was my 2nd session of Sculptra… and this is your reminder that regenerative treatments are a journey, not an overnight fix.

My face looks sunken — but I don't know what's changed.
