One of my clients who looks after/rides horses came to me with severe shoulder/upper back pain. When lying on her front you can see her whole right shoulder can't even make contact with the massage table. After one session with me we sorted the problematic muscles and got her right shoulder feeling tip top again.

Amazing day today touring The Ochil Loop for some stone lifting. A whole bunch of airing, shouldering, lap and standing, a few failed presses and a whole bunch of smooshing.

It's always nice having Wee Amy C pop into clinic. Another amazing woman that I have the pleasure of treating. Not only does Amy push the limits in her training but she also has her recovery on point also.

She'll be off to England soon to compete in the UK's strongest woman U57, to do our country proud.
