Today we got creative (and a little bit messy 😄) with our Design Your Own Chocolate Bar activity!

Residents had a brilliant time choosing from a range of toppings including coconut, fruit, sprinkles and crushed biscuits, creating their own delicious masterpieces 🍓🥥🍪

We saw it all today…
🍫 Homemade chocolate jazzies bursting with colour
🍫 Posh chocolates that honestly looked like they came straight from a fancy chocolate shop
🍫 And then… Ella stole the show with her legendary chocolate pizza 🍕
👉 Jaffa Cakes as pepperoni… because why not?! Just when you thought pizza couldn’t get any better!

It was a fantastic afternoon full of laughter, creativity and sweet treats – and safe to say there wasn’t much chocolate left by the end! 😋

There’s nothing quite like the comfort of our furry friend Watson 🥰

Right now we're having a wonderful visit from our Therapet and Volunteer Becky, bringing smiles, gentle moments, and lots of cuddles to our residents. As you can see, this was a very special interaction full of warmth, connection, and happiness 💛

Animal therapy can have such a positive impact, helping to:
✨ Reduce anxiety and loneliness
✨ Encourage communication and engagement
✨ Bring back lovely memories
✨ Simply brighten someone’s day

Moments like these are what make such a difference to wellbeing here at Kinnaird Manor 🏡

We’re egg-cited to invite everyone to take part in our Easter Decorate An Egg Competition at Kinnaird Manor Care Home! 🎨🥚

Get creative and design your very own egg whether it’s funny, colourful, or totally unique… anything goes! 🌈 It's open to all ages – we’d love to see entries from our local community, families, and friends!

📥 How to enter:
Decorate your egg however you like
Fill in an entry form (Feel free to download and print at home or alternatively pick one up from our front door)
Pop it into our entry box at Kinnaird Manor

🏆 Prizes to be won!
📅 Closing Date: Friday 3rd April at 3pm
👩‍⚖️ Our wonderful residents will be choosing the winners!
💛 All entries will be proudly displayed in the home for everyone to enjoy.
