So about 26 months after my right hip replacement I competed in my first ever Hyrox fitness race with my daughter in Amsterdam last weekend.
What an experience!!
The hip did the NHS proud💪💪.

Apologies, bit late on this one, but just wanted to wish my new joint a very hippy 2nd birthday (1st Aug.)
In the last year I have continued to hit the gym, mountains, rugby pitch and BJJ mats (promoted too!)
To fully test the hip out, I have entered Hyrox Amsterdam with my daughter for charity in October.
