Thanks to all who came last night 🙏 After the past couple of months I've had, it was so good to back sharing the Gong and that space with you all. I hope you all slept as well as I did, as I didn't rouse until midday 😃🙌 Much needed...Gong & slumber! Dark Moon on the horizon & Mercury retrograde to boot. If you've noticed the past coming up a lot, particularly in dreams or random thoughts, it's usually a message. This is a time to reflect, and the New Moon represents new beginnings for the coming cycle. Still spaces left for tomorrow's Gong Bath at Pendennis... a perfect way to ground the body, tune in, connect to your needs, and release what isn't serving you. This is why I explain to those who fall asleep during a Gong Bath that it absolutely does not matter... In fact whilst you are sleeping you are in the greatest place of non resistance, and the psyche can get to work on a much deeper level ✨️🖤✨️

I'm at Existance Festival this wknd. I'll be on the temple stage Friday night getting my Gong on as part of Disruption Ritual Live at Existance Festival 2025 and in the healing tent at 10am Saturday morning for a full throttle, energising Gong Bath...
