Let’s talk about the dreaded cotton wool bud! I have pulled the second one this year out of an ear today! As tempting as it is, we don’t need to use them. Ears are self cleaning, the wax migrates and falls out of your ears naturally. The little bit of wax that is there provides your ear with a lovely pH level which protects your ears from infection. A little bit of wax is good for you, resist the bud! 💕
