Think of the solar plexus reflex point as your body’s little reset button. A gentle press here can help you relax, ease tension and quiet a busy mind, its perfect when you’re feeling a bit wound up.
To find it on your hand, bend your hand slightly and notice the crease that forms across your palm, that’s your diaphragm line. The solar plexus point sits right in the middle of that line. Press and hold while taking three slow breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth, then switch hands.
It’s a quick, grounding trick you can use anytime stress or anxiety shows up.
