This time of year can be so full on, can’t it. If your mind feels busy and your shoulders keep creeping up towards your ears, a gentle reset can make all the difference.
I have limited appointments left:
Friday 19th: 10am, 12pm, 2pm
I don’t usually work Mondays or Tuesdays, but I’ve opened extra spaces:
Monday 22nd: 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm
Tuesday 23rd: 12pm, 2pm
It’s not selfish to take an hour for yourself. When you slow down, your whole system can finally catch up and you’re able to show up for everyone else without running on empty.
