Many of you have walked alongside me as Cornwall Kinesiology & Reiki, and I’m deeply grateful for your support over the years.

As my own journey has evolved, so have my offerings - and it feels time to reflect that in a new space and name that embraces the heart of my work.

What is Systematic Kinesiology©?

The word kinesiology (pronounced kin-easy-ology) derives from the Greek word kineses meaning “movement”.

Systematic Kinesiology is a complementary holistic health therapy in which a muscle testing procedure is used to measure the flow of energy through the body and identify any areas of imbalance.

This is followed up with a range of treatments including lymphatic massage, electrical balancing, nutrition and emotional work to correct imbalances.

NEW HEALTH TIP

When we tap our thymus in the rhythm of a waltz (one pause - two, three, together and repeat) it has a balancing effect on the gland itself and also raises our self-esteem. Tap on your chest around the area where the circles are on the chest below. Feel around and find the tender spot which will be the right place.

Tapping the thymus has an even greater impact when we do this with an affirmation. Here are some suggestions, altho, please make up your own that are perfect for you.

💬 I am totally enough, I do my best and I do it well.
💬 I love and approve of myself and that’s all that matters.
💬 Everyone is as important and valid as each other and that includes me.
💬 I am worthy of love and respect.
