Gosh just reflecting on yesterday's group! ❤️............I am always proud of my members 🙌 we celebrate weight losses of course but also so much more ❤️
I love it when someone improves their health, feels confident but also we recognise and celebrate mindset and behaviour change. 👍
🌟Jenny and Kay🌟 in the 8:30am session have done just that, picking up their 3 stone and 4 stone awards yesterday, its definitely a shift in mindset that has got them this far! 👏👏
