This Sunday 3rd August, saunas across the UK are coming together for SAUNA FOR GAZA - with 100% of proceeds going to Medical Aid for Palestinians

We stand for human rights.
We believe in dignity, freedom, and want to support urgent medical aid for Palestinians.

Gaza is in famine.
Over 20,000 children have been treated for acute malnutrition since April . Hospitals are overwhelmed.

We MUST all open our hearts.

All proceeds from Sunday’s sessions will be donated.

Well, this is a bit wild – we are honoured that Kiln Sauna is a NATIONAL Finalist in the Muddy Stilettos Awards! Our little sauna cabins by the sea.

We truly didn’t expect this – and it’s all down to you. You’ve turned up at sunrise, in the rain and sideways wind. You’ve brought pals, shared flasks, and spread the word like wildfire. Thank you so so much – it means more than you know.

We’re so proud to be in such good company – especially with fellow Falmouth finalist . Representing this little town together feels pretty special.

Massive thanks to and for championing small and local.

We’re a small family business – and it took six years of saving and persuading councils and landowners to get Kiln started. So this recognition of our perseverance really does mean the world!

And we’re only just getting going. Big things ahead … watch this space.

Kiln Quay in Flushing, lends us more than just a name - it offers a relevant past. Once a working quay where lime was landed and hauled for burning in a kiln, it also served as a gateway to the beautiful old Trefusis House nearby.

A place where tides met trade, and now, where our little Kiln sauna sits quietly on the shore.

We would love to visit more kilns so please let us know if there is a lime kiln near you … apparently there were originally around 230 around the Cornish coast!

Dear NHS staff & link workers, thank you for your continuing dedication to our well-being. We’re so grateful for the extraordinary care you consistently provide.
