HYDROTHERM MASSAGE
Hydrotherm massage is a deep tissue treatment.
Unlike traditional massage, you lie on your back, supported by warm water filled cushions and your knees supported, this allows for perfect alignment of your spine and for your lower back muscles to relax. The warmth from the heated cushions encourages relaxation & allows muscular tension to be released very easily, you are also covered by a warm fluffy towel.
Hydrotherm massage is great for muscular injuries and chronic pain as well as a relaxation treatment, the depth of the massage can be adapted to suit and due to the position during treatment it is perfect for people of all ages, pregnant ladies, people who have neck problems & who can not tolerate lying on their front.
Pregnancy Massage is an hour & costs £55
A 45 minute treatment is £45
and a 90 minute treatment is £80.
Each has a free consultation prior to treatment just to fill in a few health details, the pregnancy consultation is a little more in depth.
