Meeting one of your heroes is one thing, meeting one of your heroes that helps other heroes is another level!

Charlie Morley, bestselling author, ordained Buddhist monk, teacher of lucid dreaming, shadow integration, Mindfulness of Dream & Sleep and all-round rad guy, was awarded a Winston Churchill Fellowship to research PTSD treatment in military veterans using his lucid dreaming methods.

In 2023, the first scientific study into Charlie’s methods was published in the peer reviewed journal Traumatology in which 85% of participants experienced “a remarkable decrease in Post Traumatic Stress Symptoms” within 1 week by using his lucid dreaming methods alone.

Let me say that again - 85% remarkable decrease in PTSD symptoms within ONE WEEK.

Charlie's work with Armed Forces veterans includes collaborations with Forward Assist, Veterans Contact Point, Salute Her and The Armed Forces Covenant Trust and his work serving Armed Forces personnel includes workshops at the Army Air Corps and Chavasse VC House Personnel Recovery Centre.

His methods utilising Mindfulness of Dream and Sleep and Lucid Dreaming are now successfully used with anyone suffering with PTSD, trauma and sleep disorders such as nightmares, night terrors and insomnia.

Big thanks to Charlie for enduring the PAD-PZ to Cornwall to deliver his 'Wake Up To Sleep' workshop and to Safer Cornwall for facilitating a) the workshop and b) me getting to again fangirl a fabulous teacher and hero who helps heroes.
