I sometimes complain that Tony spends so much time at the allotment but then I go up there and feel very proud of him! He chips away at it all year round then I get to go up and harvest! free sugar snap peas with all massages this week 😂

A busy week in the Green Room seeing lots of you fantastic regular clients and meeting some lovely new ones! Thank you for coming : )

If you haven’t been before and are interested please feel free to ask any questions. My massage style is deeply relaxing, somewhere in between a spa type Swedish massage and a deep tissue massage. I aim to understand what you need on the day and draw on a range of techniques to ease any areas of muscular tension you’re holding. I’d love to see you!

I hope you’ve had a good weekend? It was a busy one for us! Tony and Arthur completed a 20 mile hike around the Lizard while Isaac and I rode into the Shanty festival. We enjoyed the Oggymen with about 3000 other people at the Falmouth Hotel, was anyone else there?!

I’m looking forward to seeing some of you this week, if anyone else would like a massage I have these spaces available:

Massage is a great way to reconnect with yourself, calm your nervous system and ease out any areas of tension that have built up in the muscles and soft tissues. My particular interest is in working with people experiencing stress and anxiety by helping release tension often held in the neck and shoulders. I work with slow deep strokes that encourage tight muscles to soften and release and leave you feeling amazing! I use techniques from holistic massage, deep tissue and hands free massage. I am also qualified in pregnancy massage.

I work Monday-Friday 9.30am-3pm and Tuesday and Wednesday evenings 7pm and 8.15pm. You can send me a message on here, leave a comment or call/text or whatsap
