Building on the below, we would like to share Jean's story, which was received from Falmouth Community Hub.

This narrative showcases the remarkable influence that hubs have on fostering care within family dynamics, as well as supporting individuals who experience isolation and loneliness.

We hope you like reading our latest Care giving story.

At Age UK, we work hand in hand with older people to help tell their stories and ensure that people in similar situations know where to turn πŸ’œ

That's why, this National Storytelling Week, we want to celebrate and thank our incredible Age UK Storytellers, whose stories are helping to make a real difference to the lives of older people across the UK.

Good morning everyone,

Do you know of someone who may benefit from attending our community hub; which provides social engagement, activities, entertainment, respite for care givers, and ongoing support from experienced staff and volunteers.

Our aim is to reduce isolation, create connections, and improve health and wellbeing in the local community.

If so, please feel free to pop in or contact us on 01726 76806.

Alternatively you could book a free taster day to see what's on offer. πŸ₯°

Please note St Austell Day Services are open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
