It’s a first. The first time Stithians Show (Monday 15th July) has had Wellness exhibit offering treatments and advice. Please support The Wellness Hub Falmouth and come and chat about all things Health and Wellbeing. Maybe a massage of your aching feet.

It’s amazing what is often hidden below the surface. This can be the same with us! Reflexology can help with all our layers whether they are physical or emotional. Why not give it a try.
